  • RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

    At Nousitan.com we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it following the conditions detailed below.

    Right of withdrawal

    In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, you have a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal without any justification.

    Return conditions

    To have the return accepted, products must meet the following conditions:

    • Be unused and in perfect condition
    • Keep the original labels
    • Include the original packaging in good condition
    • Include all accessories and documentation delivered with the product

    Return procedure

    1. Contact our customer service at devoluciones@nousitan.com or by calling +34 614 08 84 09 to inform us of your intention to return the product
    2. Carefully pack the product with its original packaging
    3. Send the package to the following address:

    Return shipping costs

    Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a courier service with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.

    Refund

    Once the returned product is received and verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days. The refund will be made via bank transfer to the account you provide. Please note that bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

    The refunded amount will include the product price but not the original shipping costs.

    Exceptions

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    • Personalized products or those made according to customer specifications
    • Sealed products that have been unsealed for hygiene or health protection reasons
    • Products that by their nature cannot be returned or may deteriorate quickly

    Defective products or shipping errors

    If you receive a defective product or the order does not match what was requested, contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and the shipment of the correct product.
